The mining business is a 24 hours per day, 365 days per year endeavor in which every minute is critical. In order to minimize downtime, high-level product support is necessary.
Although a member of the Marubeni Group with access to all its resources, ZAMine itself is focused solely on the mining business and employs only top level service engineers with several years of field experience and professional maintenance skills. It's easy to say "We will provide excellent reliability and product support." but "the proof is in the pudding", and we have been demonstrating our capabilities at our operations worldwide for many years. ZAMine Peru, for instance, has been supporting a fleet of several EX2500s and EX5500s at an altitude of 4,000 meters for more than ten years and is still maintaining an overall availability ratio higher than the initial requirement.
